The Career Councelling Centre – Facility is a programme designed to address the problem of employability of graduates through internships in SMEs and larger private companies. The Facility is sponsored by DANIDA and it is implemented by the University of Dar es Salam Business School.

The aim of the programme is to better prepare graduates for employment or self employment by providing training and specific work experience for graduates through internship programmes in SMEs and larger private companies.

IAllow students to explore and experiment while gaining professional experience and exposure. Additionally, internship helps participants develop essential skills and build the confidence to secure a first job or being self employed.
